Learning Ways Ltd has a few full-time employees, who are joined by a network of creative and enthusiastic contributors connected by a shared mission: It is incorporated in Malta, but its employees and partners operate throughout the world.

We are committed to helping managers and organizations - and those who help them – to learn to deal more effectively with the relentless pace of change they are experiencing.
How do we do this
We design innovative, effective and efficient computer-based learning tools (in the area of managing people and managing change):

Innovative because our tools are unique combinations of user friendliness, creative life-like content and offering practical up-to-date learnings;

Effective because our tools create powerful and memorable learning experiences leading to more effective and persistent learning and change;
- Efficient because our tools require comparatively small investments of time and energy and can therefore be deployed rapidly to large populations of managers.
The Change Pro Simulation® is our first tool. It is the result of four intensive years of development and is arguably the best Change Management software simulation on the market.
